Andrew Joblon is a Managing Principal and founder of Turnbridge Equities and is responsible for the overall operations and management of Turnbridge, as well as overseeing the origination, structuring and asset management of all of Turnbridge’s investment activities. Prior to founding Turnbridge in 2015, Andrew was a Senior Vice President at Fisher Brothers, an owner/operator headquartered in New York City with holdings in excess of 8 million square feet. Andrew was actively involved in all areas of the firm’s acquisition, financing and new development activities. His primary responsibilities included sourcing, structuring, capitalizing, and strategizing the firm’s real estate projects in the United States. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Andrew was a Financial Analyst in the Structured Finance Group at CWCapital. Andrew holds a B.B.A with a concentration in Finance from the School of Business at The George Washington University.

Ryan oversees the Company’s acquisitions, operations, and asset management activities. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Ryan was a Managing Director for MRP Realty, where he was responsible for opening their New York City office and successfully building a multi-strategy portfolio, with multiple, institutional partners. Previously, he was a senior vice president of acquisitions and development, with Sherwood Equities where he spent eight years and was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing Sherwood’s acquisitions and development projects in New York City, totaling over $1 billion in transaction volume. Prior to joining Sherwood, Ryan was a partner with Champion Partners in Dallas, Texas, and prior to joining Champion, he was a project manager with Turner Construction. Ryan received his M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin and his B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. Ryan is a Council Member on the Urban Development Mixed Use Council (Red Flight) for ULI as well as a Council Member for New York for McCombs and co-chairs its Real Estate Vertical. Ryan also serves as an Advisory Council Member for the Texas McCombs Real Estate Finance Center.

Jason is responsible for sourcing and executing investments across asset classes and the Company’s markets. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Jason was a Senior Vice President at MRP Realty, where he led teams responsible for the acquisition, capitalization, and asset management of office, residential, and industrial properties, including value-add and ground-up development investments, in both New York and Washington, DC. He previously worked at H/2 Capital Partners, an institutional investment manager, where he focused on the acquisition and origination of performing and distressed commercial real estate loans nationally. Jason began his career at Lehman Brothers, where he was an investment banking analyst. Throughout his career, Jason has participated in more than $17 billion in debt and equity transaction volume. He received his M.B.A., with a concentration in Real Estate, from Columbia Business School and his B.A., cum laude, in Urban Studies from Williams College. Jason is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and is a former committee chair of the Washington, DC district council.

Richard Wood is responsible for overseeing all of Turnbridge’s development and construction activities from pre-development through delivery. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Richard was CEO and Chairman of Plaza Construction, where he transformed the company into one of the most preeminent construction management firms in the country. During his tenure at Plaza Construction, Richard oversaw construction of some of the most innovative, interesting, highly complex award-winning building projects encompassing more than 40 million square-feet of new core and shell construction, interior renovations and sophisticated infrastructure upgrades. In the community, Richard serves on the boards of several charitable organizations such as Friends of the Vietnam Veterans Plaza and Hope for the Warriors. Richard previously served as President of The Contractors Association of Greater New York.

Ahaan Arora joined Turnbridge from KKR, where he was part of the Real Estate Acquisitions team. He focused on student housing and multifamily investments and participated in over $1.5 billion of transaction volume. Ahaan also gained valuable operational experience by working closely with University Partners, KKR’s student housing platform. Prior to KKR, Ahaan worked at Deutsche Bank as an investment banking analyst within the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure group, focusing on M&A advisory and leveraged lending for corporate real estate and gaming clients. Ahaan received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, graduating summa cum laude with concentrations in Finance and Statistics.

Amy Piccinich joined Turnbridge from Greystar, a $36 billion real estate private equity firm, where she worked on the Northeast Investment team responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and asset management of multifamily housing properties. Prior to Greystar, Amy worked at JPMorgan Chase in the Global Real Estate group, where she underwrote strategic office acquisitions and dispositions, led retail redevelopment transactions for Chase branches across the country, and spearheaded the valuation and analytics of the firm’s $17 billion corporate real estate portfolio. Prior to that, she worked in operations at both CBRE and Boston Properties managing Class-A commercial office buildings in New York City. Amy received her M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, and B.S. in Business & Economics from Lehigh University.

Caitlyn oversees the acquisition and development of all investments in Texas for Turnbridge. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Caitlyn was Senior Vice President of Investments for Stream Realty Partners, one of the fastest growing, full service real estate firms in the nation. At Stream, Caitlyn executed development, acquisitions, entitlements, design and financing for various projects across the country. Caitlyn earned her Master’s in Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University and her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University. Caitlyn is a member of ULI and a board member of NAIOP of Austin and The Downtown Austin Alliance. Caitlyn is a former board member of the Rawls College of Business and the Trail Conservancy of Austin.

Dan is involved in management of the firm’s active development and construction projects. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Dan was an Associate with the LeFrak Organization, where his responsibilities included cost estimating and project management for commercial and retail renovations, as well as tenant fit-out and property management. Dan has also worked as an Assistant Project Manager with AECOM Tishman, a prominent construction management company in New York. There, he helped manage the construction of Cornell Tech’s Roosevelt Island Campus and a new ambulatory center for NYU Langone Medical Center in Manhattan. At Tishman, Dan was responsible for managing subcontractors, cost and schedule management, AEC coordination, and project turnovers. Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Eli Eisenstadt is involved in all aspects of the firm’s development and construction activities. Eli joined Turnbridge after working as an Assistant Project Manager with CM&D, a New York-based owner’s rep firm, where he led the development and new construction of three branded high-rise hotels in Manhattan. Eli’s daily responsibilities at CM&D included scheduling, cost estimating, project accounting, design review / coordination, obtaining permits and occupancy certificates, as well as hotel opening operations. Eli earned his Master of Science degree in Construction Management from New York University and Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami.

Elie is responsible for leading the financial management of Turnbridge’s investments (funds and properties) and overseeing reporting to investors, banks, and other stakeholders. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Elie was the Controller for 54 Madison Partners, a New York City based real estate private equity investment vehicle, where he was responsible for all finance, operations, and accounting functions for their real estate fund and properties. Prior to that, Elie worked for Och-Ziff Real Estate, where he focused on finance, accounting, operations, and asset management functions for their real estate investments. He started his career with KPMG LLP, where he managed financial statement audits of private equity firms. Elie received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Touro College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Erik Reiss joined Turnbridge from Deutsche Bank, where he worked in the investment bank’s real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure group. As an analyst, he focused primarily on complex M&A advisory and leveraged lending for corporate real estate, lodging and leisure clients, participating in over $4.6 billion in total transaction volume. Erik received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Certificate in Markets and Management Studies from Duke University, graduating cum laude.

Jack Hechinger is responsible for the sourcing and execution of investments on the West Coast for Turnbridge. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Jack was Senior Director of Investments for Bridge33 Capital, a vertically integrated real estate private equity firm. At Bridge33, Jack was responsible for sourcing and acquiring over 8 million square feet of real estate, adding approximately $1 billion in transaction volume. Before Bridge33, he worked at Nomura Securities International where he traded residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities. Jack earned his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Denver and is a member of ULI and ICSC.

Jessica Wald is responsible for oversight of all legal aspects of Turnbridge’s investments. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Jessica was an Associate in the Real Estate Department of Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP where she focused on an array of complex issues related to office, residential, lodging, shopping center and mixed-use projects throughout the United States. Prior to that, Jessica was an Associate in the Real Estate Department of Paul Hastings LLC. Throughout her career, Jessica has represented clients in acquisitions and dispositions of single properties and property portfolios; acquisitions and participations of mortgage and mezzanine debt; workouts and restructurings; financings of real estate properties and projects; office and retail leasing; and joint ventures. Jessica received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. Jessica is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Kevin Yang joined Turnbridge from Deutsche Bank, where he worked as an investment banking analyst within the real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure group. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Kevin worked as a researcher at the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center, focusing on residential housing finance. Mallory Miller is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of Turnbridge's corporate marketing, events, and business development initiatives. She manages external agencies, including digital marketing, creative, and PR, ensuring measurable results for the fully integrated portfolio. She also manages special projects for the firm, including website design, content creation, investor relations, as well as sponsorships and speaking opportunities for senior leadership. Previously, Mallory held roles in New York City across marketing and PR agencies, hospitality brands, and publishing houses, Hearst and Conde Nast. In 2020, she launched her consultancy, Mirell Collective, and began work with Turnbridge in Austin, Texas on the Music Lane development which is home to first-to-market anchor tenants that include Soho House, Hermes, Lululemon, and Aba amongst other first-in-class retailers. Mallory earned her B.S. in Public Relations with a minor in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin. She is devoted to her community and serves on the Elizabeth Ann Seton Board, is the 2021 Co-Chair of Ballet Austin's Fete*ish Gala, and was previously on the auction committee for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Austin Chapter.

Maxwell McCarron plays an active role in the firm’s construction and development projects. Max joined Turnbridge from CM&D, where he was an Assistant Project Manager, representing lenders, developers, and ownership groups with the development and construction of high-rise multifamily towers, large scale master planned communities, and mixed-use developments. At CM&D, Max was engaged in the company’s pre-development services, RFP processes for consultants, engineers, and contractors, building design coordination, critical path scheduling, cost reporting, and project close-out. Max earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Michael oversees the acquisition and development of all investments on the West Coast for Turnbridge. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Michael was Vice President of Development for Caruso, one of the largest privately-held development companies in the country. At Caruso, Michael worked on acquisitions, entitlements, design, leasing, construction, and financing of various projects, including Palisades Village, Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort, 333 La Cienega, 8500 Burton Way, San Vicente, and The Americana at Brand. Before Caruso, Michael worked in the Global Real Estate Group for The Walt Disney Company. He started his career with C.W. Driver, a large General Contractor, where he worked on several projects in Southern California. Michael earned his Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and a Minor in Civil Engineering also from the University of Southern California. Michael is a member of ULI and a Board Member for the USC Price Real Estate Advisory Board and Co-Chair of the USC Price Real Estate Alumni & Affiliates.

Michael is involved in management of the firm’s active development and construction projects. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Michael was an Assistant Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction, a top construction management company, where he was involved in pre-construction services, financial administration, scheduling, procurement, coordination, and project closeout of high-rise towers, healthcare, aviation, and infrastructure projects. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.

Mitch Haly joined Turnbridge from CBRE, where he worked as an Investment Sales analyst within the Financial Consulting Group. As an analyst, he underwrote all commercial real estate assets; and advised clients on acquisitions/dispositions, debt placement, and corporate services – participating in over $16 billion in total BOV volume in 2022. Mitch received his B.S., with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance, from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Tim is responsible for the Company’s asset management activities across all markets and asset classes, including managing tenant relationships, executing capital programs, and overseeing property management. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Tim was a Property Manager at MRP Realty. He led a nine-person team responsible for the operation and management of office and industrial assets in New York, Washington, and Philadelphia, totaling over two million square feet. During his tenure at MRP Realty, Tim managed assets and executed capital improvement programs on behalf of several leading institutional partners, including AEW Capital Management, DWS, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Long Wharf Capital, and Walton Street Capital. Prior to joining MRP Realty, Tim worked at CBRE. Tim received his B.A in Psychology from The Catholic University of America.

Trisha Ali works on the accounting and financial management of Turnbridge’s investments (properties, management company, and funds) and financial reporting to investors and lenders. She joined Turnbridge from Wharton Properties, where she worked as a Senior Accountant. At Wharton Properties, Trisha was responsible for the accounting of various Commercial Real Estate properties along with working closely with the President/CEO of Wharton Properties. Prior to that, Trisha worked as an Accountant for Gianvito Rossi, a luxury shoe company based in Italy, where she was responsible for all accounting in the U.S division. Trisha received her B.S in Economics from Baruch College.
