Bronx Logistics Center

Turnbridge began assembling this five property, 14.2-acre site in December 2018, and is currently under construction of Bronx Logistics Center, a 1.3 million square foot, multi-story, Class-A industrial complex to serve New York City from its strategic location in the South Bronx. The property is well-located within minutes of I-95, I-278, I-895 and the RFK Bridge to Manhattan and Queens and is within walking distance of two subway stations. The site includes a CSX freight railway spur, providing tenants with potential direct rail access, and is located less than two miles from the Hunts Point Food Distribution Center, which generates over $3 billion of annual economic activity. Turnbridge is partnering with Dune Real Estate Partners on the project and is scheduled to deliver the building in the 4th quarter of 2023. The property is located in a federally-designated Opportunity Zone, and is situated in the Port Morris Industrial Business Zone, as designated by the City of New York.
