Andrew Joblon

Founder/Managing Principal

Prior to founding Turnbridge Equities in 2015, Andrew was a Senior Vice President at Fisher Brothers, an owner/operator headquartered in New York City with holdings in excess of 8 million square feet.  Andrew was actively involved in all areas of the firm's acquisition, financing and new development activities. His primary responsibilities included sourcing, structuring, capitalizing, and strategizing the firm's real estate projects in the United States.  Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Andrew was a Financial Analyst in the Structured Finance Group at CWCapital.  He is an active member of several real estate organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and RELA.  Andrew holds a B.B.A with a concentration in Finance from the School of Business at The George Washington University.  His charitable endeavors include being co-founder and board member of the Curetivity benefitting St. Jude Children’s Hospital as well as an ambassador for several leading foundations, such as charity:water, Habitat for Humanity, Many Hopes and Harboring Hearts.

Ryan Nelson

Managing Principal

Ryan oversees the Company’s acquisitions, operations, and asset management activities. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Ryan was a Managing Director for MRP Realty, where he was responsible for opening their New York City office and successfully building a multi-strategy portfolio, with multiple, institutional partners. Previously, he was a senior vice president of acquisitions and development, with Sherwood Equities where he spent eight years and was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing Sherwood’s acquisitions and development projects in New York City, totaling over $1 billion in transaction volume. Prior to joining Sherwood, Ryan Nelson was a partner with Champion Partners in Dallas, Texas, and prior to joining Champion, he was a project manager with Turner Construction. Ryan Nelson received his M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin and his B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. Ryan is a Council Member on the Urban Development Mixed Use Council (Red Flight) for ULI.

Roger Plourde


Since joining Turnbridge, Roger has played a lead role in the firm's new acquisitions, leasing, management, pre-development, design, and construction of its various development projects, as well as organizational strategies. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Roger worked with the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, where he participated in the execution of the firm's debt, equity, and sale transactions in all asset classes. Roger earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Alfred Lerner School of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware. Since graduating, Roger has been a frequent guest lecturer at UD on the subjects of real estate and finance.

Jason Davis

Managing Director

Jason is responsible for sourcing and executing investments across asset classes and the Company's markets. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Jason was a Senior Vice President at MRP Realty, where he led teams responsible for the acquisition, capitalization, and asset management of office, residential, and industrial properties, including value-add and ground-up development investments, in both New York and Washington, DC. Prior to joining MRP he worked at H/2 Capital Partners, an institutional investment manager, where he focused on acquisition and origination of performing and distressed commercial real estate loans nationally. Prior to H/2, Jason was an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers. Throughout his career, Jason has participated in more than $14 billion in transaction volume. He received his M.B.A., with a concentration in Real Estate, from Columbia Business School and his B.A., cum laude, in Urban Studies from Williams College. Jason is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and is a committee chair of the Washington, DC district council.

Elie Norowitz, CPA

Vice President of Finance

Elie is responsible for leading the financial management of Turnbridge's investments (funds and properties) and overseeing reporting to investors, banks, and other stakeholders. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Elie was the Controller for 54 Madison Partners, a New York City based real estate private equity investment vehicle, where he was responsible for all finance, operations, and accounting functions for their real estate fund and properties. Prior to that, Elie worked for Och-Ziff Real Estate, where he focused on finance, accounting, operations, and asset management functions for their real estate investments. He started his career with KPMG LLP, where he managed financial statement audits of private equity firms. Elie received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Touro College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Jessica Wald, Esq.

General Counsel

Jessica Wald is responsible for oversight of all legal aspects of Turnbridge's investments. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Jessica was an associate in the Real Estate Department of Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP where she focused on an array of complex issues related to office, residential, lodging, shopping center and mixed-use projects throughout the United States. Prior to that, Jessica was an associate in the Real Estate Department of Paul Hastings LLC. Throughout her career, Jessica has represented clients in acquisitions and dispositions of single properties and property portfolios; acquisitions and participations of mortgage and mezzanine debt; workouts and restructurings; financings of real estate properties and projects; office and retail leasing; and joint ventures. Jessica received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. Jessica is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Kevin Tiseo, P.E.

Director, Development & Construction

As Director of Development & Construction at Turnbridge Equities, Kevin oversees all development investments after acquisition and is the point person for all construction activity. He interfaces regularly with capital partners, operating partners, lenders, as well as project design & construction teams. Prior to joining Turnbridge, Kevin was a Project Manager with CM&D, a New York-based owner’s rep firm, where he led the development of over $400 million in ground-up construction, primarily focused on branded select-service hotels in Manhattan. Kevin is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of New York and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Matthew King

Director, Acquisitions & Development

Matthew joined Turnbridge from CIM Group, a $20 billion real estate private equity fund that manages across the risk spectrum, and with a focus on urban locations within top MSAs. At CIM, Matthew was involved in all aspects of the firm's investment, development, and asset management activities; and closed over $550 million of new acquisitions and credit investments, in addition to $485 million of asset and corporate financing facilities. Before joining CIM, Matthew was an investment analyst at LNR, where he underwrote over $1.2 billion of securitized CMBS credit, collateralized by all product types spanning markets across the country. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida, with minors in Business and Real Estate.

Eli Eisenstadt

Associate, Development & Construction

Eli Eisenstadt is involved in all aspects of the firm's development and construction activities. Eli joined Turnbridge after working as an Assistant Project Manager with CM&D, a New York-based owner's rep firm, where he led the development and new construction of three branded high-rise hotels in Manhattan. Eli's daily responsibilities at CM&D included scheduling, cost estimating, project accounting, design review / coordination, obtaining permits and occupancy certificates, as well as hotel opening operations. Eli earned his Master of Science degree in Construction Management from New York University and Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami.
