Four Seasons Lake Austin

Four Seasons Lake Austin is one of the nation’s preeminent branded residential developments, situated on 145 acres immediately outside of Downtown Austin and on a vista above Lake Austin. The project includes 228 thoughtfully designed, ultra-luxury residential units, comprising approximately 200 condominiums and 28 villa lots, in addition to a world-class offering of private amenities including a 76,000-square-foot sports and wellness facility, lake clubhouse, and a private marina with over 3,000 feet of direct waterfront access. Turnbridge made a preferred equity investment into the fully-entitled and partially pre-sold Four Seasons Lake Austin in July 2024, providing pre-development capital in partnership with the developer to advance planning, sitework, and sales. In May 2026, the developer closed an $870 million construction loan that repaid Turnbridge’s preferred equity investment in full. Turnbridge continues to hold a minor interest in the project.
