Highline Glenwood

Turnbridge is under construction on Highline Glenwood, a trophy 37-story residential tower in Glenwood South that will be Raleigh’s top-of-market multifamily property upon completion in 2028. The site was originally secured through the covered land purchase of The Creamery, which Turnbridge rezoned from seven to 40 stories to allow for the tower’s height. Turnbridge’s hands-on, design-assist approach with its contractor locked the construction budget for nearly two years despite the inflationary environment. In July 2025, Turnbridge closed on an approximately $160 million construction financing from a leading bank and insurance company. Construction of the Class A residential tower is currently ahead of schedule with delivery expected in early-2028, at which point Downtown Raleigh will not have seen delivery of a major new multifamily building in nearly four years despite the market continuing to add approximately 60 new residents every day.
