1221 South Congress is the commercial component of Turnbridge’s strategy to convert what was originally the State House apartments into a vibrant, 9.5-acre mixed-use project. Situated directly south of Music Lane, 1221 will bring the energy of historic South Congress Avenue north to Music Lane and 1007 South Congress.
