303 Louisiana Avenue

Turnbridge acquired 303 Louisiana Avenue in December 2024. The property, purchased off-market from a private individual, will serve as the site for Turnbridge’s third and latest ground-up industrial development in New York City. Upon delivery, the property will be a best-in-class, 192,000 SF last-mile industrial development located in the Canarsie submarket of Brooklyn, only two blocks away from Turnbridge’s 807 Bank Street project. When completed, the Class A facility will include 90,000 SF of ground floor warehouse space in addition to 102,000 SF of rentable parking on the building’s ramp-accessed roof, covered by a state-of-the-art rooftop solar canopy. The project is being constructed by ARCO Design-Build and is scheduled to deliver in 2026.
