9911 Brightseat Road

Turnbridge acquired 9911 Brightseat Road, an unimproved industrial site immediately adjacent to the Capital Beltway in Landover, MD, in an off-market transaction. Turnbridge secured the zoning changes and entitlements for a 152,000 SF Class A last-mile warehouse prior to closing. Rather than carry the project through permitting and vertical construction, Turnbridge realized the investment by selling the fully entitled site to a user in 2024 at a record price for industrial land.
