Turnbridge began assembling this five property, 14.2-acre site in December 2018, and is completing plans to develop the Bronx Logistics Center, a one million square foot plus, multi-story, Class-A industrial complex to serve New York City from its strategic location in the South Bronx. Turnbridge is partnering with Dune Real Estate Partners on the project and plans to break ground in early 2021.
