The 5,820-square foot retail condo was acquired in June 2012. The intent is to hold the condo as the Bowery improves as a retail corridor with respect to both rents and tenancy. Since acquisition, the retail landscape has shifted from largely appliance shops to high end fashion and restaurant retailers. The Turnbridge team will continue to monitor the changing landscape to determine an optimal exit strategy.
