Sterling Town Center
Sterling Town Center is a 339-unit garden-style apartment community located in Northeast Raleigh, NC. Situated at the intersection of the 540 Beltline and Capital Boulevard (US-1), the property offers residents convenient access to retail, dining, and major employment centers, including downtown Raleigh and Research Triangle Park, both within a 20 minutes’ drive.
Originally completed in 2013, Sterling Town Center comprises a collection of three- and four-story buildings across 28 acres of land. Residents enjoy a robust amenity package featuring a clubhouse and resident lounge, fitness center, two swimming pools, and a playground.
Turnbridge, in partnership with BMC Investments and Abacus Capital, acquired Sterling Town Center in August 2025. The partnership is executing on a targeted capital improvement program focused on elevating the resident experience through modernized interiors, refreshed community amenities, and enhanced exterior features. Given Raleigh’s superior demographics, ownership plans to take advantage of North Carolina’s affordable housing tax abatement to enhance investment returns while retaining the project’s natural affordability.
