303 Louisiana Avenue

Turnbridge acquired 303 Louisiana Avenue in December 2024. Consisting of a full city block, the property was purchased off-market from a private owner and is the site of Turnbridge’s third ground-up industrial development in New York City. Currently under construction, the property will consist of 192,000 square feet of Class A last-mile industrial space located in the Canarsie submarket of Brooklyn, only two blocks away from Turnbridge’s 807 Bank Street project. When completed in late 2026, the facility will include 90,000 SF of ground-floor warehouse space in addition to 102,000 SF of rentable parking on the building’s ramp-accessed roof, covered by a rooftop solar canopy that provides incremental revenue.
