807 Bank Street

Turnbridge acquired the site for 807 Bank Street in December 2021. The properties, purchased from two separate sellers in an off-market contingent sale, were combined to create a best-in-class, 172,000 SF last-mile industrial development located in the Canarsie submarket of Brooklyn. The Class A logistics facility includes 80,000 SF of ground floor warehouse space in addition to 92,000 SF of rentable parking on the building’s ramp-accessed roof, a highly sought-after combination for last-mile users in the New York City outer boroughs. The state-of-the-art project was delivered in the second quarter of 2024, and was fully leased at delivery to three national tenants.
