Turnbridge Equities acquired 2212, 2311-2317 12^th Avenue South in May 2022. 2212 12^th Avenue South, consists of a 1.92-acre development site, and 2311-2317 12^th Avenue South consists of a 0.74-acre site with 4,782 RSF of existing retail.  The Assemblage is situated along 12th Avenue South, Nashville’s preeminent shopping, dining, and entertainment corridor. 12th Avenue South includes pedestrian-friendly streetscapes, superior walkability, concentration of both nationally-recognized fashion brands and local boutiques, vibrant restaurants, bars, and cafes, and extraordinarily high barriers to entry. The development bears many similarities to Turnbridge’s Music Lane development, featuring high-quality, small-format office suites, thoughtfully-designed retail and restaurant space, and ample open-air, landscaped common areas. This will afford Turnbridge the opportunity to leverage its placemaking expertise, retail tenant relationships, and proven track record of leasing office space with similar characteristics to execute the Project.
