Turnbridge Equities acquired 31.95 acres for Hampton Roads Logistics Center in May 2024 through an off-market transaction directly with the City of Hampton’s Economic Development Authority.  Hampton Logistics Center is a two-building, 506,559 square foot Class A industrial development located at a rare infill site in Hampton, Virginia.  The project features 36-foot clear height, 185-foot rear-load truck courts, 334 auto parking spaces, and LEED Gold certification.  The Project’s exceptional location places it just 12 minutes from the highly coveted Port of Virginia, the third largest port on the East Coast and the most efficient port in the United States, according to the Container Port Performance Index.  The Project is located just three (3) minutes from I-64, providing immediate access to the entire Hampton Roads MSA, I-95, and 75% of the U.S. population within a two-day drive.  Construction is underway, and both buildings will deliver in mid-2025.
