Q2 Stadium Assemblage

The Q2 Stadium Assemblage includes four office buildings comprising 175,000 SF located on 13.0 acres in the North Burnet neighborhood adjacent to Major League Soccer’s newest arena, Q2 Stadium. The 20,500-capacity stadium will be the new home of Austin FC, Austin’s first professional sports team. The $242 million project will also offer several venues for live music, entertainment, public parks, and food and beverage outlets, all of which will serve as significant new amenities to the immediate area. The coming stadium complements a North Burnet neighborhood already experiencing rapid growth, as continued new office and residential development at The Domain continues to densify that district and push new projects further southeast.
