Turnbridge acquired the Pulaski Street property, strategically located less than one mile from the Port of New York and New Jersey in April 2025. The site consists of three industrial buildings totaling over 519,000 square feet, an adjacent industrial outdoor storage yard, and abundant trailer parking. The property’s location provides immediate access to one of the most active ports on the East Coast and key transportation routes such as I-78 and I-95. The site is currently in a sale leaseback period and Turnbridge will begin predevelopment and aesthetic upgrades during the leaseback and implement a comprehensive renovation program following tenant departure. The investment offers flexible business plan optionality, including cold storage, self-storage, or expanded outdoor storage.
